Different buffs, such as Stoneskin or Surecast, will allow them to cast spells under pressure. Each buff counters specific types of interrupts, so you need to learn which interrupts will work in different situations.

For example, Surecast prevents them from being interrupted by damage, but you can still stop them with a hard stun like Steel Peak.
