Black Mage Allagan Sheild. (why hasn't it been seen)

response from square would nice regarding its precise drop location >.<

I think this is what they'll do.

All i95 weapons will have +1 to weapon damage while Allagan Scepter gets +3. That would balance it considering there is no i90 shield.

I have posted a question about this matter for the next live letter. We might finally seal the matter with an official response if we are lucky.
