90000 then 5003

My entire guild is getting hit with this error, it's making it very difficult to do Coil.

I encountered this twice: once while idling in Mor Dhona at Revenant's Toll and the second time during an Amdapor Keep run.

Same with me. I was on Ridill since the launch, not once, never has it happened to me on the JP server.
Transferred to Sarg EU/NA today and bam, 2 times in mid battle once and mining once, all within a 4 hr period.

So my guess is they fix something and mess something else up? or what's the deal here....

SE please patch this error....yesterday..

Happened to me twice today.

This new 90k error mechanic for turn 5 is making a impossible fight even more difficult, just saying.

Hit me twice today as well. Once during the Dhorma Chimera fight, a second time just randomly in Ul'dah.

This happened to me only once today while I was sitting in town, but several of my FC members had it happen to them multiple times throughout the night. Looks like something got mucked up with the patch. I hope it can be cleared up quickly!

Just started happening to me also. All the technical problems this game has is starting take the fun out of it.

This has happened to me at least a half dozen times today.

The last case which just happened, I was in wanderer's palace. The whm disconnected (same error) and then it hit me a few minutes after he got back on. When I reloaded the client and got back in, I was out of the instance, with a 15m penalty to boot as if I had elected to leave the instance. Since this is the first time I've logged back in after this error and not been back in the instance that I was disconnected from, I can only believe it had something to do with me being the party leader inside the instance. I'm pretty sure the prompt to replace disconnected members doesn't show up that quickly.

So I'm posting this as I wait out this asinine penalty. Fix please. I've seen this happening all day long. Haven't had a single dungeon run where it hasn't happened to at least one player on the team. Frustrating, to say the least. Especially when you're waiting in line as a DPS.

Until now, I've never encountered the 90000 error. Got 90000, then an authentication error, and kicked to the launcher.

3x last was in the middle of MT garuda HM in rotation phase

Was about to undertake my lvl 25 THM quest, then random 90000 error and authentication error. I know it's not my internet since my husband had it happen about 4 times to him tonight, but I remained logged in, all while streaming Netflix (which never skipped a beat).

Can't remember if I replied to this or not... Just had this happen to me again. 3rd time today.

Having the same problem ... anyone hear any suggestions?

I also seem to be loosing some of the items I crafted just before being disconnected!

First time it happened to me but apparently it's happened to a few FC members and AK members during a run...

So just did turn 2 Coil, was going to down it, and then THREE of our people got the error and disconnected. Not gonna lie, pretty angry about that.

I received the error 90K then the 5003 Authentication Failed?! Just standing in Ul'dah after talking to my moogle delivery guy.

Got this twice today as well.

I experienced this 90000 then 5003 error twice tonight in Mor Dhona on Behemoth.

Seems my entire FC got this at least once last night, one got it 4 times and gave up. I got it once.

Yup. Just got this in the middle of a Fate.

Could you guys please, please fix this crap?

I have had these errors happen twice so far after the patch, it happened 2 hours apart and both times it happened immediately after clicking on Minfilia in The Waking Sands to start quest dialogue.

I'm using two AMD HD 6900 video cards with crossfire.
Have crashing on both the beta and regular video drivers.
Windows 7, 64 bit.

What is your video card(s) and operating system? Hopefully info like this will help resolve the issue.

I was doing Chimera and it glitched out and failed us even though we beat it so party did it again and when chimera had like 1% hp and about to beat it it 90ks me and then also does the 5003 so pretty much completed the fight twice and got nothing for it cause of errors like this.

Same 90k all day followed by 5003 auth error. it also fails to close to client so i have to task manager end process on PC

All day Ive been getting booted. This is ridiculous.

Same here, client fails to close by itself. 'Task manager' is my best friend right now.

never had any problems with 90k error, but after last patch it happend to me too followed by some authentication error and black screen i had to kill the proces and rerun the game and all of my friends on mumble crashed atleast once too.

Yep can't even run our coil group tonight because every time someone important ends up randomly 90k'd on t2. Guess we will get our loot when they fix this crap. -_-

I've been having this happen to me periodically throughout the day, and I haven't been idle long enough to be automatically kicked from the game. This also happened from a couple of other people that I know of with 100% certainty. I wouldn't be surprised if that's why some of my FC mates have been logged off, too.

I don't really mind the disconnects; you can immediately log back on without much trouble so unless you're a big whiny baby, they're not that bad. Its rare to booted from an important fight and even if you lose because of it, you can just try again.

As long as I know I'm not being hacked or something like that, or I'm not booted during a 600k craft, then this is a minor nuisance. Should still get fixed asap though.

same here got a 90k followed by a 5003 while fishing. later on in the evening got a total game failure, it just stopped and wen't back to the ps3 main menu bar, as if i had just turned my system on. never had problems before hotfix patch so...... looks like the hotfix needs a hotfix please get on this SE.

It happened to three of the four of us in AK last night, two of us while on the demon wall and the third after the demon wall.

The lag and 90000 errors coming at absolutely awful times are making the game virtually unplayable.

We've got a 500+ member FC on Gilgamesh, and this is hitting everyone who's been on since the 14 October maintenance window. Lag does not seem to have any relationship to whether or not any given player gets disconnected. In some cases, the game client can be shutdown and restarted without issue. In many cases, the game client is spewing a "black screen of death," and the process must be killed using the Task Manager (on Windows - not sure how PS3 players are recovering).

The disconnects occur apparently at random. Players in instances are getting hit, just as are folks who are gathering, FATE grinding, or simply conducting business in a city. Our FC chat is seeing a steady stream of "I got DC'ed" messages.

I would hope that Square Enix prioritizes the remediation of this issue. Something obviously was "broken" during the maintenance window, and this is having a significant negative impact upon the players. People are now becoming fearful of attempting instances and trials because the disconnection of even a single player can result in a wipe for the group (rezzing a DCed player, naturally, doesn't do anything, so there's no quick recovery option).

Thank you, Square Enix, for a wonderful game, but please take steps to correct this as soon as possible.

bumped.. me 2 1st time sine the big issue regarding 1017+ 90k
was resolved

but yesterday after i 90k'ed noticed it happning to everyone one or 2 at a time. and in coil t2 ADS u know its all about time...

Third time in two hours. It's getting beyond ridiculous... I can't do any dungeons at all.
