Btw, does manawall also negate the push back from AK's 2nd boss? (demon wall)

It does not. :(

It only negates the knock-back affect on abilities that knock you back as a result of doing damage, or so it seems. So if you negate the damage portion of the attack, the kb doesn't kick in. So it also works on the Ifrit move that pushes you back if you're in range, for example. With AK it's the inverse; you get repelled first and take damage after. I haven't tried it on Garuda's whirlwinds.

Actually you CAN block the Demon Wall's Repel if you negate it's damage. A friend of mine combined Stoneskin and Adloquium to make it deal zero damage effectively negating the first push

Manaward negates demon wall repel. manaward should negate about 1100 magic damage (with 3300+ hp) and the repel only does about 700. i always negate the second push (when the back turns into the purple stuff)

It has saved my bacon more times than i can count.

Nice ability to have and for those that don't use it much, you should certainly check it out in different situations :)

I've started using it on demon wall and it works like a charm. My new tactic is, tank take bees while dps burn wall. If its not dead when bee spawns then it soon will be.
