WAR-Trying to think out of the box: Should Defiance be always Active during fights?

Our DPS is key to our survivability, because Inner Beast is the only effective ability we get to counter spike and it heals based on a multiplier to how much damage it does. A crit IB will return half of your life, and then you can Infuriate and do it again.

Defiance recast is only after using the ability not canceling it. A WHM at endgame with proper gear will be Curing you for 1000 on average so if you don't get hit by anything else you will be full after 2-3 casts. You are seriously overestimating how much HP Bloodbath provides. You are always better off sticking to Defiance and working on your Wrath stacks again, not just for the increasing healing but because it means you can Inner Beast sooner. Plus should the WHM want to Benediction you or a SCH Lustrate spam on you, Defiance will get you healed up faster than without it.

Honestly I only leave defiance off when I'm solo or in a easy dungeon. Defiance is a beautiful thing. You can solo some FATE bosses like this overgrown Puk in La Noscea.
