You're a noob

I tank it the "worse" way and will continue to until you can tell me what's actually wrong with it and how your way will speed up my group's kills. Maybe you feel better having the rear cone against a wall, but it doesn't actually improve anything with the fight. There's plenty of room for people to stand.

Melee can't instantly go for the gargoyle that spawns, have to wait for it to run to the healer/maybe other ranged. Less room to drop balls.

It's a pretty bad spot, no reason not to stick his tail in the wall.

And it's terrible, melee will have to run to the other side of the pillar to avoid IC, better to tank it on the other side of the pillar instead.

Yeah right, and when the DPS runs to the add, they get hit by the tail aoe considering how long the range for the aoe is.

The way tank I have run with will tank, will have the boss on the other side of the last pillar, with tail facing the wall and the head facing either mid of the room or side of the room. Melee does not have to move and tank is mostly not within LOS of IC, range will be nearby and just run to the melee during IC.

Easiest far and away. Tail attacks should only ever occur when intentionally triggered, melees are already in cover for IC, no one eats Rotten Breath, ever (except the tank).

Yeap that's how the tank I know does it, makes the whole fight so easy.

Doesn't really matter. You should never get hit by the tail.

Yeah this is how I tank it basically, although to be fair the tail AOE covers much more of the room than that.

Thought that was common knowledge by now lol.

By the way totally off topic but are you the Bridgeburner from WoT Asia?
