It would be nice if SE automatically removed the entries for characters that have either been banned or locked because they were hacked. Do it in batches every few days maybe, along with an email explaining that Name X, Y, and Z were removed from your list because reasons.
Realistically though, I'd say just try to keep an idea of when you blisted a given name and remove it a week later hoping for the best.
