Okay clearly I did something wrong, cause when I started play the game I did every possible quest I saw in every zone. Clearly I have screwed myself on leveling my other jobs via questing, at most I get 5 quest here and there so I cornered myself into fate grinding.... Yes Leve quest are nice but you can only do so many and a few friends have told my to save them for crafting gathering. Thanks for your input it was helpful to some extent. =)

I'm the allowed max rank with my GC, I've purchased what gear that is good for me and I still have seals. There is no point for me to grind fates atm cause we can't rank any further into our GC. Also fates make me want to tear my eyes out after so many and that's why I feel like they should be optional.

I fate grinded a single level, and that entire level felt so draining that once I hit 44 I just stopped for the day.

Then got on and killed garuda.

Just wanted to say this thread's title is kinda clever. One Internets for you.
