There is one name that's stood out... K'bayashi Maru.
I think Miqo'te Sun names might be the best ones to mess with.
During the beta phases I saw a Hyperburrito Accursed. Nothing special I suppose, but as far as pure shenanigans for names go, it's the most memorable one I've come across.
Sounds like some kind of wacky limit break to me.
Edit: Anime Reference is up there for me, too.
My personal favorite name I saw about a week ago was a Miqo'te female named 'Immaeatcha Goldfishies' on Siren. For a couple of days, everywhere I went I'd run into her and her name cracked me up every. single. time.
