I cannot interact with Francel, thus preventing me from advancing the story line.

Yup me too, on Ultros. Can we submit a bug report while not in game? The more reports we send them, maybe the quicker it will get fixed.

Yuantis Kurstark - Francel won't respond either.

Had it on Friday after the maintenance(s). Please fix this bug on Ultros soon so we may all continue to enjoy the storyline.

So, this is a consistent bug on the Ultros server.

I as well am stuck here due to unresponsive Francil NPC. Being halted at the Lv.38 The Last Flight of the Enterprise Main Quest.

Furthermore, this same problem is preventing me from completing my Conjurer 42 Hunting Log, which requires Lemmergeyer and Dead Man's Moan from The Isles of Umbra, which is unlocked later on in the Main Story.

Not only is story progression impeded, general gameplay is now impeded too.

Yeah Francel is unresponsive for me as well when I go to talk to him for The Flight of the Enterprise questline.
