It sounds like a double charge, as I haven't been charged anything yet for my subscription. I'd contact the company you got the game from so you can either confirm, or rule out, that it was indeed a double charge.
EDIT: You may want to check with your bank first, to see if one of the charges has dropped off, some companies reserve the money then at launch take the money again and the reserved drops back into your account.
You're probably confusing a hold with a draft. When I pre-ordered the game a 49.99 Hold was put on my bank account temporarily. This is how Square confirms that you have the money in your account to make the purchase. When the game went live the actual charge takes place and the hold is simultaneously cancelled out. If you have online banking access you should be able to verify that you actually only ever paid for the game once.
