I'm still having issues with all versions of the drivers. 314.22 was the most "stable" in that I only crashed once every couple hours. The newest release driver has me crashing 3-4 times every couple hours.
This is causing the game to be basicly unplayable.
When you say its restarting do you mean it cycles a normal restart of the system, or just shuts down and starts back up without you hitting the power button to turn it back on?
If its shutting down and restarting automatically it could be a few things. Most likely causes are overheating components or power supply issues. Have you looked in the event viewer to see if an event is logged when these restarts happen?
After reading your more recent posts in this thread it could be you either do not have enough power to run your Vid card, or the card is overheating. I highly recomend using a program to under clock your GPU. Do this in small increments until it seems to stabilize. Your PC constantly shutting off is not good, and can mess up your OS, and if its overheating issues you can do permanent dmg to the inside of your machine.
Underclock the vid card. See what happens.
I'm using a 700w psu and my video card requires almost none of that to run. The card is not over heating, I've been monitoring it and I've ran stress tests on both it and my cpu over night and it's never crashed. It literally is only on this game and it seems to be a common issue with 660's and 670's. The card runs fine on all other games on extended periods of time.
I'll try underlocking it and see what happens, however I'm 99% sure it's not a power or stress issue.
Well.. the game will not shut your PC down. Your PC will only auto shut off to protect it self in very specific situations. Those are overheating, power surges, or power loss. Lots of times PSU's are the issue. Either there is not enough power going to your vid card. (This would normally cause your GPU driver to crash and not shut the computer off.) Or something is overheating, and your computer is turning off to protect itself.
Just because a PSU says it can handle something doesn't mean it always can. Most PSU's run on a single 12v rail. Having lots of stuff on this rail in addition to a high end vid card can cause the exact issues you are having. You can have a 10000000w psu and still overload a single 12v rail pretty easily. This is why I recommend underclocking the GPU. If its a power issue an underclocked GPU will draw less power, and if it is an overheating issue, and underclocked GPU will generate less heat.
This is why I recommend looking at the Even Viewer to see if it logged something. This can help you pin point what is causing the problem. If an event fired before the shut down saying your GPU driver has crashed and failed to recover. You can assume it was due to overheating, lack of power, or even too much power. If it was your CPU overheating there will be an event for that saying your computer has turned off to prevent dmg.
The Nvidia GTX 660 takes a 140w by itself, and requires a 6 pin plug in from the PSU. This is not because it requires almost none of a PSU's power.

I feel for you Cramer.
I have this exact same problem... It does make it virtually impossible to play, one minute your fighting and the next your dead. Luckily mine doesn't cause my PC to crash, instead it just locks up and causes my Nvidia graphics card to crash. This is truly annoying and has ruined the game.
Odd enough though, It will only do this the first few times I log in and then (If I'm lucky) it will run smoothly with no crashes for sometimes hours. I love the game, but I probably will not renew till this is fixed. :l
I have tried everything and have come to the conclusion that it will work by chance rather than anything else I do. Hope this gets fixed.
P.S. Underclocking does nothing, tried it, thought it worked then it crashed. I 100% assure you it is just crashing, not overheating, I monitored it for some time and it was at a stable temp.
