Just because they aren't legally obligated to reimburse us for a game that doesn't work, doesn't mean they shouldn't still try to live up to some level of customer satisfaction and fix the issue and reimburse people who have subscribed and not been able to play like myself.

The AoE delay issues are too common to be blamed on people's connections, this isn't even a connection issue, it's a game issue. When you have high ping, you don't see the damage you deal etc. until the server has received the information, calculated the damage and returned this value to you. Even when I see my damage "instantly", meaning my ping is fine, I still get hit by some AoEs even if I got out a second before cast bar finishes. Sorry, but this is not a connection issue.
