Amdapor Keep Gear guide -Help, what gear do I need?-

I can say right now that the only gear you need is the gear you get from your level 45 and 50 class quest and the company gear that you're able to get pre-50, I did it like this as an archer and a dragoon with the same set of gear (I also had trash accesories on), the tank did have some armours on from AK it self but it's most definitely not required in the slightest, what you've ran into is the elitist trash that ruin all games.

Don't worry man. More than likely those people leaving have longer queues than you, so jokes on them.

AK is easily doable with AF and a level 45-50 weapon. Anybody that says otherwise is wrong or is going for speed. You just have to know the fights.

Since we're talking about gear, what's the consensus on required gear for things like the Primals? I haven't started on them yet, but I've heard Ifrit is relatively easy, whereas it's better to have full or mostly full Darklight for Titan to add some lee-way on his attacks.

Ifrit can be done in the 45-50 class quest gear, though I'd recommend getting the level 50 company weapon before doing ifrit just incase there's no caster in the group that can limit break when 4 spikes come up that will insta kill you if not killed quick enough.

You don't need some very special gear to do AK.

Thanks for the re-assurance guys, wish all players were this helpful :) I actually did Ifrit earlier and won with just my lvl 50 paladin gear and other armor bought off the marketplace.

Ill try AK later hopefully get a friendly party :)

Just go Run CM and get 100 ToP each run to get your Darklight gear. That's what I am doing and it pretty easy and people tell me you can us the gear for all the fights to come as long as you have a good Weapon.

For this stage, you are okay being a healer/tank with minimum gears. It's quite taxing on the DPS though, at least a green ilvl 50 weapon I think would be a good choice.. Mainly just because of bees, if you take too long to kill bees there's a high chance your healer can't keep up.. Not impossible, just a lot harder.

It is a lot hard not because of the bees... rather its the AOE paralyse.
