I'm noticing a bit higher ability to stick on DoT's and debuffs actually^^ Been really nice actually, it's all RNG anyways though so who knows... maybe just a string of good luck for myself and a string of bad luck for OP >.< Hehe

The only thing I've noticed is that I'm still stacking Vit and Mnd...
Can managed to stick my buffs fine with abouts 40 mnd 40 int and 48 pie. Just lamesauce paranoia.
