I have found around 450 to be accurate for coil, although the occasional miss still happens.

Matching 446, the value for level 60, will bring you to 95% hit rate. You will need yet more to reach 100%.

For physical damage dealers the soft hit cap for Coil 1-4 is 470. Hard cap is 480 which will get you though stage 5 with out a miss. Not sure what it is for casters.
