Same case for me.
The only thing I lost are Gils...
more than a full week I wait and nothing happened....
Send Gils back by mail (or a GM give maybe) would be a GREAT evolution in ticket process...

The only thing they should do is allowing GM to have access to History, so GM can see how many gils we had before compromised account...

I start really fed up with this waiting time no playing my main char with friends.

And because the only thing missing is Gils, I think I will soon cancel this damn Rollback Ticket and do missions to have gils .... (probably quicker..)

No one is bypassing security tokens.

If someone claims they have been "hacked" and they had a security token then either they are lying or someone used their phone / Authenticator with their password.

You are a bit mistaken, authenticators are another layer of defense, but they can be bypassed and happens. My bank uses the authenticator, and it has happened to people to get money stolen from russia/china/other side of the world even though they had an authenticator because of that type of attack. It is definitely harder and rare but it happens.

I'm not mistaken... In respect of ffxiv, no one is bypassing the tokens.

If someone is gaining access to encryption keys then that is a different matter entirely.

We need a Pin Code.
You know like in a lot of MMO's they tell you to make a Pin Code
when you are about to start a character. Ranges 4 to 6 keys. Annoying feature but it helps, a lot.
