Yeah it's a 13 minute run with a 20 minute queue.

Castrum was ok for what it is, a story instance. It's fun the first time you run through it but after that I agree it sucks.

I don't really mind CM, with a group of 8 people it usually makes for more entertaining side chat. I've always felt AK very tedious to tank, and the trash in it is the absolute worst doing more damage than the bosses and having ridiculous amounts of HP.

I didn't say better, or identical. I said "close".

preotorium is faster, just run past all the mobs

As a healer, I find the 8-man content a good deal more tense than the 4-man content, so I prefer CM over AK. And, unlike AK, you can have one or two bad players and not have your group drug down since it's balanced to more the lower end of 50.
