Lalafel PLD here, there wont be much effect from changing race unless u r min/max kind of guy ^^". i think for MRD 1 vit give then 12ish hp? (when they have their tanking buff on., if any one can confirm this, would be nice ^^') so you will be losing some where around 50-100 hp at higher level.
