Japan: 09:00-17:00
UK/GMT: 00:00-10:00
USA: 17:00-03:00
Makes sense since europe is sleeping and japan is working during those times. -

ARR is played globally. So if they scheduled their maintenance around the prime playing hours for any one region, the rest would be upset that they showed favoritism. So they do maintenance during their normal business hours, indiscriminate of any region.
