Please let NA players redeem Veteran Rewards.

You must be doing something wrong.

I had no trouble setting up a 6 month sub off my debit card 12 hours before release.
And its gotten less broken since then.

The only issue is that we can't subscribe for xx days until our subscription renews. The only way some people have redeemed veteran rewards is by buying cards for FFXIV game time, which isn't an option for NA yet, which forces your sub to last xxx days. As of now, paying for time this way actually seems more expensive than the monthly subscription--especially if you're on a legacy account.

You're asking the wrong question--what you want isn't for SE to "let you redeem" your rewards, what you want is that they hurry and push pre-paid cards into stores.

Crysta is an automatic payment option. Just like automatically billing your credit/debit card every 30/60/90/180 days, it will automatically deduct from your Crysta every 30/60/90/180 days.

The issue is that we can not purchase game time until our current free game time runs out. If you managed to purchase it before you had free game time, good for you.

Funny that your character has no veteran rewards on it though.

My question is still valid. There should be an option to go ahead and prepay the time rather than having to wait for your current time to run out in order to do so.

Why? I can't pay my credit card before I charge something, and my utility companies return payment if you have a zero balance. Why should SE be any different?

Why rush to unbox a pile of fuzzies you'll only look at once. When the real reward is the generously discounted price?

Please let us extend or subscription, it's silly that we can't extend our subscription just because we are currently have active subscription. Thanks to this now I have to wait next month till I can claim the veteran rewards. Look at some of us who have both PC and PS3 version, they have 60 days free game time, and they won't be able to claim any vet rewards until this two months period ends. I hope there's game time card in NA, but that seems not gonna happen anytime.

There's Game Time Card from UGC but that thing doesn't add game time to your account, only Crysta to your account that will not be charged UNTIL the current subscription ends, what the heck we're supposed to do with all the crystas laying around in My Account that can't be used.

Just want the Fantasia vial,

I kinda wanna be a Lalafell on my main now but in all honesty with the BS SE has going on nowadays, I think I will wait to redeem it.
EU got their rewards though.
