Did r10 Ul'Dah Weaver quest. 12 cotton Yarn.. 500 SP + 100 Wind Shards for reward

The Blacksmith rank 1 in LL was 32 bronze nails, I can't remember what the Armorer rank 1 was.

Highest only rank 10?

Does the city determine the guild tasks then? (i.e. you can't get a Blacksmith one in Gridania AG or a Weaver one in LL AG).

For now it seems so.

Rank 10 is max for now
there are theories that it may scale up as you complete tasks the next day(not likely)
the other theory is that they will add higher ones each patch and this set is just the start to test the system and how it holds
