This isn't becoming ridiculous, it has already reached the the point of being utterly ridiculous. Since around noon on Monday September 2nd, I have experienced constant lag spikes and disconnects like every 15 minutes with the error 90000. It makes the game almost unplayable and impossible to do group event.
A ticket I submitted to SE's help center was replied back it to me. The only problem is whoever responded back is completely incompetent and obviously didn't even read what I described as being my issue. This is what I got:
Which didn't address my problem at all, not even get the right error code addressed. Whoever sent that should be fired for sheer incompetence.
When are we going get a read update SE? "We are looking into it" and than putting a thread under "resolved" issues is not acceptable. This issue has been going on for days with no real input, no mentioned into what they are doing about the issue other than "looking" into it, and no ETA on when this issue is going to be resolved. Are we going to be given free time for this? The game ranges from almost unplayable to completely unplayable for many of us...like the log-in issues many had.
Do you community reps plan to actuality tell us what is going? Do you even read any of these topics? This is extremely frustrating and only makes it more frustrating with very, very, little communication. I love the game, but there's only so much I can tolerate.
