Perhaps it was killed so much and so quickly that it became extinct.

Maybe the GMs are botting

Whether they get pranked or not, they should be able to de-spawn/kill a glitched mob which was clearly bugged out.

A form asking for ranks/race/other unrelated information is highly unnecessary. They should be able to put two and two together from seeing the sheer amounts of calls pertaining to said mobs and act accordingly.
