Guys/Gals I finally figured it out!

If i want to group with 7 of my friends and assault Haukke manor, i want that option. I want to be able to get a party of 8 Arcanists, and run through any dungeon i so choose regardless of level. If not for the rewards, but just for the fact that i could.

You can queue with 4 dps if you make the group first if you want just as you can in wow, but wow does not let you bring more than 5 people into a regular dungeon so not sure where you got that from. I think it should let you bring less if you want but def not more unless it disables loot and exp.
