Anyone hear any official response to when and how server transfers are going to happen ? The crickets on this topic from any official source is deafening.

I have the same issue. My girlfriend, and three of my friend's trial periods are essentially going to waste because they can't come play with me and the few of us who stuck around since 1.0.
It's really irritating when those of us who have stuck around since the before-time basically look like jerks because we've convinced people to buy the game and see how much better it has gotten, only to find out they can't even play with us.
So what do they do, play on a different server without us, and reroll on Excalibur when someone at Square finally wakes up?
