M(mmm)- e (short e, like in 'leg') - co(like in coa-t)- tay(as in O-Tay)
Tay? As in tie?
From "te", just how exactly do you get to the tie? Which language does this? None?
I've always pronounced it Me-ko-tay.
But on closer inspection, it ends te, not té, implying Me-ko-tee
Cat Ladies
Me-ko-tay. I usually just call them Mithra's.. Always get mixed up anyway!
Cat.
But seriously, the apostrophe makes it three syllables so, Mih-KO-tee. Softer Mih on the first part, stress on the second syllable, soft t in tee (As in Italy and not Italian). Tee could be like "tay" depending on how accents are used in the language of origin, especially if the devs said it that way. But I think Tee sounds better and flows more naturally, unless they were going for something that rhymes with "Don Quixote". In which case I wouldn't have used an apostrophe, myself.
