I am pretty sure once they have opened up the servers and stabilized them they will open up the CC for all servers. As it stands, even if they bought it now they wont be able to play with you :(.
Its awesome we are playing a game with such popularity but sucks we are unable to play with those we know irl due to limitations.

Installed the ff14 launcher from that link, then went on ebay, bought a hard copy, had the seller take a picture of the registration code and email it to me.
Once you install the launcher from the link above it will ask for a registration code before it will patch the game. Put in code and profit.
Took 66 minutes to patch and log in and start playing.
I never played the game before, no betas, closed or otherwise. Never had installed on my system before. No problems that i see so far using the beta launcher to patch to live. I done this last night.

That was the post. Looks like it should be coming soon. I got lucky enough to get 1 of 4 hard copies that a best buy got yesterday, although now I'm dealing with being unable to create a character on my brother's server :(. Just gotta hang in there for a week or so. But im sure they really want to open sales back up ASAP, so make no mistake, they are workin on it.
C'mon SE, Can we please get the downloading resumed for new players so our wives and friends can join us? I had to stop playing so I wouldn't get too far ahead in levels and also so I wouldn't run out of interest starting on a new server because no one could create a new toon on the server I'm on.

Sad..they're restricting new char creation on NA servers again and I'm wasting my free month by not being able to play with my wife...shame on you SE...

If they are, Could just go to a local Retail and buy a disc copy.
Ahh...If it were just that easy..I have searched high and low in my city, but it's sold out everywhere with no indication of when they'll be getting more. Ebay is my only option here, but just my luck I'd buy a copy there and the next day the digital dl's would resume.
