Have you bought the PS3 version and registered it (the game code, not the EA code)?
Only have EA registered don't give you the 30 days.
I have bought the PS3 version, registered it to my 1.0 PC account and have now 42 days free time

No I got it for the PC, I didn't have the game on my account when early access started, so I went ahead and bought it

that's when I added both the pre order and the game itself
