Error 10102 when trying to connect to EU Moogle world

but, I am still getting this >_>

I'm sure it's a congestion... SE should act to avoid these overload on their servers..

Ah right didnt see that thread oops (and I did search, doesnt help that the search pulled up a load of threads in japanese!)
