I am a car mechanic. One day,a customer walked in to get his car engine replaced. I estimated the time, labor it needed and told them to come back after 4 days. 4 days later, he came back but the car was not finished. Well, guess what, the car got more troubled than I thought due to its unique engine set up as well as being an imported car. So, I had to apologise for the delay and any labor time after this, he did not have to pay.
Now, let say if you were that customer and they told you something like "Hey, do it better or be patience" after you were upset at them, how would you react to that?
