At least until it's patched, training mob method in Keep is the bee's knees. I suspect they will make aggro put everyone on hate list as a patch soon.

A thing to keep in mind for AK, though... At least on my server, even if we pre-form the full group, we have to wait a solid 15-20 minutes for an instance opening to pop ("Reserving Instance"). So many people are doing the speed runs constantly that there aren't enough instances, I suppose.
