I think once people realize how precious Gil is they will change their play. Currently the Teleport Cost FC ability is hands down the best one but people continue to use the silly 5% combat exp. At the end game, right now it seems absolutely necessary to be able to repair your own equipment, which means 3 DoH jobs at least. 800gil v. 5000gil is a huge difference.
Once people start conserving money and picking the tin pieces, the economy will fluctuate.
Though IMO the gold (and exp) reward at the end of behests and dungeons should be increased slightly.
Actually 50 Tin is 1,250. You generally get 8 - 16 per run of a dungeon like Braxy. 50 Bronze is 5,000. 50 silver would be 25,000...
