JP server here. You'll find a lot of us here. Just learn to use auto translate in party. Funniest parts are when you find out your whole party is English after ten minutes of everyone communicating through auto translate. Some times you get lucky and find a JP who can speak both languages or all the JPs in your party can speak some English.
For the most part players are much more polite than NA servers.

Yup like lani said. Alot English speaking ppl in jp servers. Some servers have alot that u do see ppl in shout ask for done help n another one reply all in English. Even duty finder match up have a bunch speak English. So far been having fun n making friends here n there. My whole fc is English speaking too along with many others.
Cause in the end it's just data center location, jp data center doesn't mean everyone jp. Alot if mix going on.
