Repeated error 90000

Just as typing that i do not get 90k i just got one :( sad panda.

Still nothing showing SE is even aware of the issue, what does one have to do to get a simple answer from them?

Just letting SE know this is still a problem, in the meanwhile, if anyone has a fix, please, do share.

I just got 90k'd while loading into Limsa. An hour prior I got 90k'd while in Cutter's Cry, but it happened after everything stopped moving -- yet I could still perform actions. I'm used to a random disconnect, but the log-in-hell really exacerbates this. It's starting to make playing almost unreliable; getting into the game after countless attempts to log in, then having to go through it all again because of error 90k. I'll admit I'm just venting my frustration, and my patience is wearing thin. It also doesn't help that their sticky thread says the error 90k issue has been resolved when, clearly, it hasn't.

At least my disconnect means that someone can log in. Have fun whoever that lucky person is, I'm going to bed. ;_;

Thanks everyone for posting in this thread and showing support. Apparently SE doesn't know about this issue yet, let's make sure they know about it!

Same, i've been getting 90k'd for 2-3 days now but today it has gotten worse. i can play for 10 minute before i DC again, then get stuck on the login screen for 1-2 hours

Same problem here. Haven't been able to even get IN the game becasue i always get 90k'd. Let my cousin log in on my account and he got in no problem whatsover. Makes no sense.

Well I guess at this point the only thing left is HOPE it gets fix in tomorrow's maintenance, even tho we do no even know if they are even aware of the issue. Good night everyone and thanks for the support.

If anyone makes any progress on this issue please post your solution in here. My roommate who literally plays 5 feet from me got 90k'd 4 times in the last hour...I've yet to ever get a single 90k other than actual loss of internet connection. We've tried everything we can think of (disabling firewall/anti-virus/etc.) and nothing seems to make a difference. I will say that sometimes she can go for a few hours at a time with no 90k's but it eventually starts happening again. Just to reiterate, every time that she 90k's I stay on perfectly fine and we are running off the same modem with no router involved.
