They drop from a Leve mob. It's the "Necrologos" leve's found in Quarrymill, and in Coerthas.

they sell for 40k-60k lol i just bought the mega pot vit HQ for 6k <.<

i can't wait for a cosmetic surgeon job to make a use for it... gives hope for every lalafels out there ;D
