There is nothing to check at conjurers guild. Do it for yourself. Jinko is right, but even if you are at the point in Gridania Quest, you can't reach it.

I think this is probably a mistake and the marker for a future quest yet to be implemented has made it's way into the game from the last update. I saw it today while doing my Grid quests and there is no way to get there atm.

Confirmation on this quest from the dev's please. HEY and give us a quest where we can get some Gridania citizenship so I don't get treated like an immigrant :[

I think they've been laying groundwork for a lot of future content. Probably weren't supposed to be able to see that one yet.
