After researching the forums on how the SE Support Center is inadequate, I came upon this little thread: Thread: Rude SE Chat Support. It would be nice if someone (higher up in SE) would address the fact that they are failing in the customer support area.

Day 12, still no response from anyone regarding this matter. It would be nice if a dev team member or Yoshi would acknowledge the issue regarding the PS3 pre order codes, and either give us an update or a time frame when this will resolved. An extension of the deadline would also be a nice gesture, I am sure all the people who have been able to enter the codes already have. If I do not hear from them today, another ticket will be issued.
I wish there was another way to settle this matter.
