We seriously need to be given extra days added to our free 30. I haven't been able to log in for 2 days now, I rather have my full 30 day free month instead of played for 1 day couldn't log in for the other 29.

My girlfriend only bought the game because I convinced her it would be awesome (she managed to catch the end of phase 3 and was on the fence). However not being able to play with me for almost 4 days and myself having only been able to play for 2 and a half hours in the last 2 days.... We're getting pretty tired of it. When I DO log in I see swarms of CPU destroying afk drones. Saw a Dragoon afk at Bentbranch for 3 days on the trot, that should not be allowed to happen.
If SE wanted to potentially save money the should have trialed an afk timer first before expanding the servers, all I see this doing is allowing MORE people to afk at the same time. -

FOUR DAYS trying to play and only receive "1017", where is the refund option? Can't play Beta 3, Open, or even Launch!
It's so difficulte to restart the server? Buy/rent new server's? Scale the server capacity? Or even apply a simple afk tool to free the server from those people?
All we got is those generic messages.
No point create a good game that only few persons can access and PLAY! -
