EU/NA list failure AGAIN.

Fix the severs, add an overall Queue. Boot 60min+ inactive players. That should solve most of the issues. I mean, I think I understand why the NA/EU server list goes blank. I think it's because the game is trying to get a list and ITS getting a 1017 error so it cant even log in...Sorta funny and sad at the same time.

I imagine the server that displays the server list keeps going down because people are running programs to spam a key to try the server constantly.
