That definitely was "a magic spell" - Zelda and Dragon "Warrior" certainly didn't have ingame maps back then!

Wasn't that the same directions for getting out of the endless forest on the Legend of Zelda?

All the RPGs were better back then.. You weren't limited. You raced to get the canoe as fast as you could. Get the airship so you can scramble over and get the rat tail just to "grow up" then go over to any dungeons you could to grab end game weapons just to go back to the beginning and annihilate all the fiends

How other MMOs use the queue system:

1) Player logins but world is full... 89 in front of him, so he's 90 in queue. Players in game don't notice the busy nature because their system is GOOD.
2) AFK system boots inactive players even makes them to /sit to stop running and jumping.
3)People that log out, DC, have to work, etc free up more space..
4) Player that was 90 in queue waited almost no time due to GOOD IMPLEMENTED SYSTEMS.

SE's Queue system

1)Disabled because too congested LMAO
2) No AFK system! Hahaha
3) No active Game Masters to kick botters/spammers!

Gitana: Every time, I got the Airship before I faced down KARY. The prospect of 5 floors of lava (including going up and down through them!) AFTER a long-ass canoe ride just seemed too dangerous! And once I managed to class change at Lv11 - but never on the original cart, the chances for screwups were just too high.

Wasn't refreshing the thread! Wasn't it the brooms that were saying "Tceles B Hsup" in that witch's cave? Was that for the map or the mini game? Ugh I'm getting too old, forgetting all this stuff!

OH AND SPEAKING OF HORRIBLE THINGS TO FIND OUT YEARS LATER.....

I used to kill the bosses in the Temples.. and WALK BACK THROUGH THEM. I didn't realize there was a tp behind them..... :o Not to mention I DIED on the way back A LOT!
