That's actually extremely clever... I'd be all for that.
I'm always saying instead of giving us a recycled game that I've already put way too many hours in as it is, come up with a new Card game, something different....

*uh oh* I think I've inadvertently started something...

Why do you want to shoe-horn everything into a leve? IX Tetra master was fun because almost every NPC was ready to play with you with the possibility to find rare cards as you did your normal stuff. As a leve it would be "streamlined" to take away any sense of discovery yet again and it probably would have a time limit too.
