Because most other forums have restrictions where you have to be high lvl to post. For example, I tried unsuccessfully to post under General Discussion the whole day, but I was always too low lvl (though what lvl is good enough is not mentioned as I'm now actually lvl 10+, but still couldnt post there)

Game opening day and i still can barely play it take over 30min to 1hr to log in and ounces i get in i get only 1.5 hr to 2hr of game play b/c after that most of the time i get d/c out the game and by then is to late for me to log back in since it could take hrs to log and i have work next day so i dont bother. NO bigy for me i am happy that i can play a few hrs

last stirke, I just check my account today and i got 3 charges of $49.99 when i only got 1 copy of the game and i cant get in contac with you guys b/c you arent open on the weekend and on top of that you arent open on monday b/c of holiday. I am sorry but i am a very patience man but ounces you mess with my hard working $ i will take it personal

I can at least offer you a possible solution for your strike 2. Have you registered the 20 digit game code on the Mog Station yet? I have a few friends that didn't realize they had to do that and therefore did not get their items. https://secure.square-enix.com/account/app/svc/Login?cont=account&request=mogstation give that a shot if you haven't and the next time you log in they should be there.

As for strike 4 it is entirely plausible that it is your banks fault. I know mine has done that to me on more than a few occasions. If your bank can't fix the issue then you'll have to contact square as you've already stated. It sucks that the charges have to sit there until Tuesday but most businesses aren't open on the weekends or on Labor Day. Once the problem is solved you'll have your money back. It's awful, it's a huge inconvenience, but such is life :/

Ohhh dear sir,

The fact that she was hurt (dont care) does not matter to me because i didnt know her, and am a fairly cynical person. I could care less if it melted off her legs into her stomach.

That does not change the fact that she did not understand that coffee (which was at the time for mcdonalds, generally hot) would be hot, or she could atleast have tested the fact before picking up the cup, as it would have been, a fairly hot cup, to melt off her legs.

However, The fact of the matter is, that does not change the fact, that you have to be anywhere close to literate to win a case in court. Which was the point i was making. as stated, in a quote from your post "Grammer has nothing to do with a lawsuit >.>"
