Unable to update the group NA/EU Character List

I am getting the same problem. Was hoping I would enjoy a Labor Day weekend playing this game. I created new character in a EU server because my daughter and I wanted to play together and NONE of the NA server could we create a character together.

At lest we know its not an issue with the game client. I really Hope they get these issues resolved quickly... I'm starting to feel buying the game was a waist of money.

Would just like to point out the NA and EU servers are the same and in the same place (Montreal).

Me too this is starting to get on my nerves. And then they think we're going to pay subs what a laugh

Yeah, a lot of people are feeling like buying this game was a waste of money. It's not like the game is bad but it's one problem after another. Worlds are full, character creation suspended, server lists won't load... I know people are saying, "It just came out, give it time! God, you people [redacted] too much!" No, it's not that we're [redacted] but it's not unreasonable to expect better service after the closed beta, open beta and the live early access period. There should have been plans in place for quick response in the event that something like this happened.

Yes I know but we might have a hard time to find a guild that will be doing stuff with us due to the time difference.

Then say you made character in a EU timezone oriented world, when people say they made a char on a EU or JP or NA server this alludes to where it is located physically.

Same issue here, either unable to update NA/EU or world full message 8:17 CST.

OK, so I managed to get in but now (and this doesn't bother me but I'm just pointing it out) the JP servers won't load. The only thing I did differently was running the client as an administrator.
