Not being able to raise in combat threw me off during my first boss as a returning WHM. I failed my party because I didn't read the description of the spell well enough. Someone died and I couldn't figure out why I couldn't raise them in the heat of battle. However, in my defense I had been playing ACN up until then and had assumed that the WHM's raise would be the same.

I think they should make the conjurer raise be castable in combat by default like arcanist's version and they should then change the enhanced raise trait to something more worth while such as more HP/MP recovered to the person raised or giving them a very short duration barrier to protect them from damage for a few seconds while they get back up.
