Thank you! Any idea where to find the new code if you bought the game from the SE store?
EDIT: Figured it out!
If you ordered the game from the SE store you can find your order number in the email you got from webhelp.v4@digitalriver.com and use it to look up the order at findmyorder.com, where you will find the new / correct access key.
Okay i'm having the same issues here because I bought the pre-order package from SE. I've just figured out how to fix this
go to this website https://www.findmyorder.com/
type in your information
then it should take you to the site to download the game, as you look at it. you should see the game actual Unlock Code and Serial Number. after i've putted the code in i was able to get in game right away.
i did all everything same like you and put the new code that amazon send me and play it like for an 1hr and when i try to play again later and show me "registration code is already registerd" and i have the same problem again
I never got any email from them so Im pretty S.O.L. they cannot find my credit card info either.
Would also like to thank the people who create the security measures for:
1) Making it so convoluted I almost gave up on trying to play in the first place
2) Giving absolutely 0 instructions to jump through all these fucking loopholes to start and be able to continue playing
After closely readying my original order confirmation email I realized we didn't really buy from SE instead it was Digital River and easily got our game codes from them... man this has been annoying
I contacted support. My registration is in order, code and all, for FFXIV A Realm Reborn. But I can't log into the game. It asks for my registration number, which it already has.
I've got an issue with mine as well. My 12-digit registration code for the PS3 doesn't work. - Standard Edition. Not so sure if its an EU code, but I assume so as my PSN is NA and it doesn't work on it. Including the fact that the production registration card contains a link to the EU registration page - the one with the 18-digit code. I'm stuck on what to do next @-@ - Already sent the ticket in though.
I'm going to bump this because there still seems to be several people having the issue.
