I entered the code i got with physical copy of the game and it said I was registered. I did not receive a new code for psn or anything, should I have? Also, the code that came with the game was for a site, not the psn, which I didn't understand why make me jump through hoops instead of making it simple...please help, someone?
i have same problem but on PS3
yeah, I'm on ps3 as well and have no clue what to do next. tried going to the site but they were no help, tried calling SE but they've been busy all day. A person on my PSN friend list said he was getting the same screen, all he did was keep trying and he got in and has been playing all day. I have had no such luck.

If you log into the MOG Station and see your account is registered and linked, but the launcher is still saying that it isn't::
- Load up the launcher and it will ask you to register your code
- Click Next and when asked, say "I already have a square-enix account"
- Log into your account
- It will look up your account details and should say "Thank you, registration complete", WITHOUT asking you to re-enter any code. ((If it asks for a code, close out, do not enter one again if you already linked it))
- Close and re-load the launcher and it should be back to normal.
- Enter your login/pass in the upper right and proceed to play.
the digital river thing only shows my EA code, not showing any others, this is REALLY annoying.
I am in a similar boat but unfortunately ordered a physical copy from Amazon that will not arrive until September 6 (ish). Also submitted a ticket but am doubtful that there is anything that can be done aside from waiting for the physical copy to arrive.
Thought I read they were going to extend the EA access period due to log in issues but apparently that didn't happen?
My ps3 version doesn't give me a place to enter my registration code. I assumed that I could start the launcher and it would take me to a registration screen however it does not. I end up at a screen that tells me I don't have any valid service accounts and that I must register a product code. Can anybody point me to where I can enter my product code?
