Eh, I mean the patch did pretty well for what it is (stalling us until the real stuff is implemented), but lol at this. If this was all SE could do every month we might as well call it a day. It works as a filler patch, that's all.

a patch is a patch....game fixes, bug fixes, add ons to quests, lil things that all add up. A patch is not the same as an expansion which i think a lot of people are expecting an expansion in a patch.

We are expecting overhauls. Expansions add on top of the existing foundation, they don't change the foundation (most of the time). These are not overhauls. Overhauls is what the game needs. Overhauls is what the producer has 'promised' us.

And it is coming, during the Spring. If not, the game is as good as dead.

This content represents the medium artillery that is finally showing up to the battlefield, where in the past only light infantry has been deployed because they're the quickest to respond.

As far as the heavy artillery goes, we're almost there.
There appears to be progress on the battle system.
Yoshi-P seems optimistic about the job overhaul going on.
All the while those two things are coming out, companies seem to be kindof a big deal.
Even if they're not, more of this medium artillery will show up to the field until a REAL endgame of the vanilla release can be installed.
Then they'll create a levelling zone specific to beginners and midlevellers like they've talked about.

Then PS3 release.

Again, the road map for overhaul is there. They made good on their promise that medium-class content would be continuously added while big guns were still being made.

Plus retainers don't despawn when wards reset now.

actually players "discovered" the party locations it wasn't mapped out by SE. it just spread to all servers via internet guides. once ps3 is launched ima be happy cakes :3

Can anyone help me with this... because the download launcher is taking 10+ hours to download this update, i decided to download the patch file using Utorrent. it took exactly 1 hour to download and what i'm not sure about is where to copy the patch file to? i know it's in the file 48eca647 but not sure if it's goes in patch or metainfo. i've tried it in both but it still doesn't work! Please help!!!! T_T

I only got to play for a bit this morning, but is the UI quite a bit more responsive to others as well?

and no one commenting on the battle effects being larger. I find that funny.
