Love this and yes I would also love something more than we are sorry and we are working on it. I think as the people that have paid for the game and going to be paying a monthly fee we deserve at least that. As for someone's suggestion about extra EXP I don't think that would really work as I'm not sure they can track who was able to login or for how long. I would support them just doing a bonus gift to all NA/EU players for the hassle of all of this though. I myself love SE and FF and have loved playing the bit I have been able too but I still would like some word on what is being done. :)

I would like just to be able to play. I hardly was able to get in game during the last beta, the past weekends prelaunch, and now still can't get in. If I manage to finally get in after a couple hours, I only stay in for a few minutes and than back to waiting for a couple hours. There are people that started yesterday that are more leveled than I am. I just like to know how some can be in game for hours with no problems but yet I get booted all the time. Plus the gold sellers are always on. Wish they could kick the afk and gold spammers to let others enjoy the game. It is an awesome game and I know they are trying, but I think I am going to be spend my free 30 days just trying to get in game and I don't know about p2p. :(

Bump, really sad when I have to regret logging out because I fear I won't get to play the next evening.

Another bump and agreement - I can no longer even get the NA/EU server list for login; however, I have a friend playing right now so I know the servers work. Please make Cactuar able to handle more users!

Bump. I really really really want to get into this. So far, when I can play, I love it. I also know my own attention span. If I start playing something in place of this, who knows when I would even think to come back.

Not to keep beating a dead unicorn but I completely agree. I believe that if SE would say what the real issue is and what time frame they are looking at for a resolution it would go a long way to at least minimize the forum rage.

I would like to hear something about this as well. It is very frustrating to not be able to play!

This needs to happen. Not sure why a thread needs to be made for them to figure out this is necessary though.
