Returning 1.0 CE Member missing CE Status and Items

It's the same for me as well, 1.0 CE and legacy account, only showing 1.0 CE items and not 2.0, account not even listed as CE.

Me and my wife are in the exact same situation, except I am Legacy and she's not. I could've sworn I used the code on the book for myself, and she used the buddy pass.

I would just do the same thing and just write them an email through their support system and just play the waiting game, I mean even if they try and say the Onion helmet is from the beta which a lot of people are getting it for, most if not all CE members from 1.0 registered a security token to their accounts as proof and I know those are documented as CE items physically given. Also I put the ticket in maybe 20 minutes ago, my original one I submitted maybe 2 days ago disappeared.

I removed my physical security token to get the app version, but I still have all my CE stuff and the receipt if they want proof.

I decided to put this here, this is the email I got so if you wrote the right ticket and I did fill out the character name, location, everything you could fill out.

Sounds like I'm going to get a similar form letter, I also have all the bonuses right by me, codes and all..

273 in queue for live agent, about an hour wait to go to ask about this further..

Still no response yet, bumping to keep the fact that there are 1.0 CE accounts which are not being identified as such on the mogstation. Still no ingame items for 2.0 CE as well.
